Terms and Conditions

Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, illness, travel disruptions, or dissatisfaction with the event. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in its entirety.

Payment and Booking Fees: All advertised ticket prices are exclusive of GST and booking fees. Additional charges including processing fees, delivery fees, and applicable taxes will be added at the time of purchase. Final ticket prices will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified. Late arrival does not entitle ticket holders to refunds or extensions. Entry may be refused after event conclusion times.

Event Changes and Cancellations

Lineup Changes: The promoter reserves the absolute right to change, modify, or substitute the lineup in the case of band cancellation, artist illness, travel disruptions, technical difficulties, or any other circumstances beyond the promoter's control. No refunds will be provided for lineup changes, regardless of the significance of the change or the reason for artist unavailability.

Event Modifications: The promoter reserves the right to modify event times, duration, venue layout, or other event details as necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes to ticket holders through available contact information and official event channels.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of complete event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the promoter's control (including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue unavailability), ticket holders will be notified through official channels. Refund policies for complete cancellations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Age Restrictions and Guardian Requirements

Under 18 Policy: Attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the minor's behavior, safety, and compliance with all event rules. Under 18 tickets are non-transferable and require the same guardian to accompany the minor throughout the event duration.

Guardian Responsibilities: Guardians accompanying minors are responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision, adherence to venue rules, and the minor's departure by the specified time. Guardians may be held liable for any damages or disruptions caused by minors under their supervision.

Venue Rules and Conduct

Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, professional recording equipment, laser pointers, and any items deemed dangerous by security are strictly prohibited. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals carrying prohibited items.

Behavior Standards: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward other guests, performers, staff, and venue property. Disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, violence, or harassment will result in immediate removal without refund.

Security and Safety: All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry. The venue and promoter reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who poses a safety risk or violates venue policies. Cooperation with security personnel is mandatory.

Health and Safety

Assumption of Risk: Attendance at this outdoor music festival involves inherent risks including but not limited to loud music, crowd conditions, weather exposure, and physical activity. Attendees participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their personal safety and well-being.

Medical Conditions: Individuals with hearing sensitivities, heart conditions, epilepsy, or other medical conditions that may be affected by loud music, flashing lights, or crowd environments should consult medical professionals before attending.

Weather Conditions: This is an outdoor event that will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless extreme circumstances pose safety risks. Attendees should dress appropriately for weather conditions and bring necessary protective items.

Intellectual Property and Recording

Photography and Recording: Professional recording equipment is prohibited. Personal photography and video recording for non-commercial use is permitted but must not obstruct other attendees' views or interfere with performances.

Image Rights: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. These images may be used by the promoter, venue, or associated parties for marketing and promotional activities without compensation.

Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability: The promoter, venue, performers, and associated parties shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss occurring during the event, except where prohibited by law. Attendees are encouraged to obtain appropriate personal insurance coverage.

Personal Property: The venue and promoter are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendees bring personal items at their own risk and are advised to secure valuables appropriately.

Alcohol and Substance Policy

Alcohol Service: Alcohol may be available for purchase by individuals 18 years and older with valid identification. Intoxicated individuals may be refused service or removed from the venue.

Zero Tolerance: Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential legal action. The venue maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances.

Accessibility and Special Needs

Accessibility Services: Attendees requiring accessibility accommodations should contact event organizers in advance to arrange appropriate services. The venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs within available resources.

Communication: For accessibility inquiries or special accommodation requests, contact the event organizers through official channels listed in the event information.

General Provisions

Force Majeure: The promoter shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by local jurisdiction laws. Any disputes arising from ticket purchase or event attendance will be resolved according to applicable local legal frameworks.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the ticket purchaser and the promoter regarding event attendance. No verbal agreements or representations outside these written terms are binding.
